PIXEL TIPS??!?!?!?! bc i rly want to kind of idk why
- cl ean line artomg, you have no idea how important this is for ur pixel is either makes it or breaks it you should always clean up your lines to be as neat as possible ok
- shade with colours other thank black/the colour darker than the base, this does a lot for the image i think and it just makes it nice?? well i mean it should be a general colour tip but yeah :/
- coLOuR UR LINE ART?????? yes this also helps a lot you dont even have to do all of it? make it lighter in certain parts and darker in others??? dont keep it just one flat colour thats boring imo, also anitaliasing helps make it a little softer too which can add to ur pixel uwu
- the simpler the better??? sometimes i mean but like, a smaller colour palette and a simpler design ofter turns out better for me since something so small can look very cluttered when it has too many colours or design stuffs, totally recommend for beginners too
-resizing?? make sure when you do it nothing is off? like when i change the resolution of an image to make the pixel bigger it usually mucks it up it up rather bad? solution??? a screen capture program? well i use it anyhow, simply zoom in at a comfortable level and take a screen cap (i recommend the snipping tool since it lets u pick out the size but printscreen works too), then clean it up! i usually go that route since i just dont like how programs resize umu
- uSE A TUMBNAIL?????????/// yes, ms paint comes with such an option to see a tumbnail @ 100% zoom so you can work zoomed in while still seeing how it looks normally! i usei t all the time, just to go view and click the tumbnail option (u gotta be zoomed in a lil first), for earlier versions, still go to veiw and then zoom > thumbnail, THERE U GO!!!!, sai has one there already and idk for PS i dont use it for pixels i use windows 7 paint *w*
